• Precision Woodwork & Panel Structure

Every counter‑top display for jewellery, watches and eyewear starts with precise woodworking. We adopt CARB‑P2 / E1 compliant MDF as base material, reinforced by aluminum frames where needed. CNC machining holds tolerance within ±0.2‑0.5 mm for tight‑fitting brackets and cut‑outs. High‑quality velvet & vacuum flocking lining protects high‑value goods against scratches.

• High‑standard Surface Preparation

Before painting, veneering or flocking, all parts go through multi‑step sanding and full vacuum dust removal. Two‑component epoxy primer seals the substrate to avoid paint peeling or bubbling.

• Luxury‑grade Dust‑free Painting System

Our dust‑free spraying process delivers piano‑gloss, satin and matte finishes. 5‑coat primer system plus 3‑coat top‑coat, cured under infrared constant temperature. All paints comply with RoHS to restrict heavy metals.

• Vacuum‑Electrostatic Flocking Process

For direct‑contact lining, vacuum flocking delivers strong adhesion, lint‑free and colour‑fast performance, preventing lint transfer onto jewellery and watches.

• UV‑Printed Thematic Backdrops

UV flatbed printing with anti‑scratch matte lamination ensures colour fidelity and light‑fastness for custom artistic backgrounds.

• Precision Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

We run full‑range in‑house production with strict QC systems. Raw materials meet US & EU import requirements. Key advantages: tight dimensional tolerance, scratch‑safe lining, modular flat‑pack structure for overseas shipping.
